Yoga Day at Freedom

The Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center in Manassas, Virginia hosted it's first ever Yoga Day this year. We had more than 100 participants in 8 classes conducted all day long. We loved the opportunity to offer classes not normally on our schedule. And we heard lots of positive feedback from the participants! While we aren't a dedicated Yoga studio, we believe we made a big impact on our Yoga community. We'll absolutely conduct a Yoga Day again in 2010!
