Yoga Day - USA - Bigger than Ever!

Red Sun Yoga hosted Yoga Day - USA on Saturday, January 24th in the Winter Springs/Oviedo area of Orlando, Florida. We had over 250+ attendees who enjoyed participating in a day filled with FREE events including complimentary Yoga classes for stress relief, beginners and those who are brand new to Yoga. We also had a specialty Yoga class with live drumming in the background, as well as Yoga Trance Dance and concluding with a crystal bowl mediation. What a great opportunity to share the Eight Limbs of Yoga with others. We have participated in this event for four years and we are looking forward to our fifth in 2010.
