Yoga Day in North Bellmore, NY

I was able to raise 40 non-perishable food items for the local pantry!!!
The children enjoyed their "Butterfly" yoga class and went home with the beautiful butterflies that they created.
The adults enjoyed an Iyengar style class and looked very blissfull went they finished.
It was my first time hosting my own Yoga Day and I am thankfull to all who helped me spread the word.
