LHAA Yoga Day USA 2010

Lexington Healing Arts Academy celebrated Yoga Day USA 2010 with a full day of free yoga classes. Six classes were offered; FUNdamentals, Yoga Flow, Meditation, Sun Salutations, Raja Yoga, and Happy & Healthy Backs.
159 people attended packing the Yoga Center. Many regulars were in attendance and many new faces joined us for Yoga Day. Donations for Doctors Without Borders exceeded $500.
