Yoga Day Phelps Activity Center - Tuscaloosa, AL

We had 35 attend our free Yoga Day Event today. All ages and levels of yoga practice. It was so nice to meet others interested in yoga and one of the highlights was we had 5 mother/daughter teams show up for the event. I met a knew yoga instructor who had just moved back to Tuscaloosa. The University of Alabama TV station sent out 2 reporters to cover the event for today's local nightly news. Everyone seemed very pleased with today's experience and many thanked me as they were leaving.
